Day 1 : RIO DE JANEIRO

Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the Day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 2 : RIO DE JANEIRO

Breakfast, leave on a half Day tour to the Sugar Loaf (4hs), back to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight.

Day 3 : RIO DE JANEIRO

After breakfast , half Day tour to Corcovado with guide assistance, back to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. At night , dinner at BBQ restaurant and following the folkloric Show at Plataforma, back to hotel. Overnight.

Day 4 : RIO DE JANEIRO / FOZ DO IGUAÇU

After breakfast, tranfer to the Rio de janeiro International airport to take short flight to Iguassu Falls. Arrive in Iguassu falls transfer to the selected hotel. In the afternoon hd tour at the Brazilian side of the falls. Back the hotel. Overnight.

Day 5 : FOZ DO IGUAÇU

After breakfast, HD City tour around Argentinean side falls. Back the hotel. Overnight.

Day 6 : FOZ DO IGUAÇU/ MANAUS

After breakfast, transfer to the Iguassu Falls airport to get on board to the flight to Manaus. Arrive in Manaus transfer to the Amazon Juma Lodge. Overnight.

Day 7 : MANAUS – JUMA LODGE

Tours provided during the stay in the lodge: night tour in "canoe" to observe the caimans, Walking, visit the locals - the "caboclos" , fishing "piranhas", visit the Monkeys Forest.

Day 8 : MANAUS/ RECIFE

After breakfast, check out Juma Lodge and transfer to the Manaus airport to get on board on a flight to Recife. Arrive in Recife, transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 9 : RECIFE

After breakfast , FD tour Recife & Olinda ( lunch not included) . Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 10 : RECIFE

After breakfast , check out the hotel and transfer to the Recife airport to take flight back home.

Day 1 : Lima

Arrive in Lima. Transfer to selected hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 : Lima - Arequipa

Breakfast. Morning city tour including the historical centre of Lima: the Cathedral, San Francisco Convent and the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. In the afternoon transfer to the airport for the flight to Arequipa. Upon arrival, transfer to selected hotel.

Day 3 : Arequipa

Breakfast. Morning guided tour of the city featuring the Convent of Santa Catalina, a fascinating relic of colonial times. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 : Arequipa - Colca

Breakfast. Departure for a full day journey to the Colca Valley. Several stops will be made for photographing the vicuñas in Pampa Cañahuas. Arrival to Chivay. Lunch at a local restaurant and accommodation at selected hotel.

Day 5 : Colca - Puno

Breakfast. Early departure to the Cruz del Condor to admire the Canyon from one of its deepest points and watch the majestic condors in flight. Early afternoon departure on a regular bus to Puno. Evening arrival to the bus station and transfer to selected hotel for the night.

Day 6 : Puno

Breakfast. Full day excursion to Taquile Island. On the way back stop at the floating islands of the Uros. Lunch included.

Day 7 : Puno - Cusco

Breakfast. Leave by regular bus service to Cusco. Stopovers at Racchi and Andahuaylillas. Evening arrival in Cusco and transfer to selected hotel. Lunch included.

Day 8 : Cusco

Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Afternoon tour of the city and surrounding ruins.

Day 9 : Cusco - Inti Raymi

Breakfast. Full day excursion dedicated to celebrate the Inti Raymi Festival.

Day 10 : Cusco - Machu Picchu

Breakfast. Early transfer to the station for a 3-hour train ride to the Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, guided tour of the citadel. Dinner and overnight at a local hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Day 11 : Machu Picchu - Cusco

Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Lunch. Afternoon return by train to Cusco and transfer to selected hotel.

Day 12 : Cusco - Lima

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for one-hour flight to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to selected hotel. Afternoon visit to the Gold Museum.

Day 13 : Homebound Flight

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

Day 1 : Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

Welcome to spectacular Rio de Janeiro, home to white-sand beaches. Settle into your hotel and enjoy your free time for exploration.

Day 2 : Rio De Janeiro.

Sprawling between majestic granite peaks and the blue South Atlantic, Rio is a city of beauty, wonder, and energy. Guided sightseeing begins with a drive along Rio’s famed Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana Beaches. Take the cog railway 2,300 feet up to the summit of CORCOVADO to view the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and 360-degree views of Guanabara Bay and the bustling city below. Your afternoon is free to explore on your own. Perhaps join an optional excursion to a nearby favela for a glimpse into the life of these colorful communities that nearly 25% of the people call home. Day 3 : Rio De Janeiro.

A free day in Rio allows you to relax on one of the beaches or take an optional excursion to the historic city of Petropolis to see the former summer palace of Emperor Pedro II. Tonight, opt for a fun outing to see a Samba show highlighting the Brazilian Samba and its dazzling costumes. (B)

Day 4 : Rio De Janeiro–Iguassu Falls.

A morning flight takes you to Iguassu Falls, one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. Journey to the Brazilian side of the FALLS to see the mammoth series of 275 waterfalls cascading over a precipice almost two miles wide and 250 feet deep. Walk into Devil’s Throat Canyon, where the clouds of mist, thundering roar, and 180-degree rainbows surround you—an unforgettable experience! (B)

Day 5 : Iguassu Falls.

Cross the border for a visit of the Argentine side of the FALLS. Begin with a short ride on the open-air ECOLOGICAL JUNGLE TRAIN through the rainforest. A series of boardwalks takes you above the falls to see the water crashing down into the Devil’s Throat. Your afternoon is free to explore, or you may opt to visit the Bird Park, home to many species of indigenous birds as well as flora from the area. (B)

Day 6 : Iguassu Falls–Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina’s cosmopolitan capital. After settling into your hotel, an orientation tour familiarizes you with the “Paris of South America” and its wide boulevards, outdoor cafés, and charming shops. (B)

Day 7 : Buenos Aires.

Morning sightseeing with a Local Guide focuses on the city’s landmarks, including the Colon Opera House and Plaza de Mayo, site of La Casa Rosada (the President's Pink House) and Metropolitan Cathedral. Also visit San Telmo, one of Buenos Aires’ oldest neighborhoods, and RECOLETA CEMETERY, where Eva Peron is buried. (B)

Day 8 : Buenos Aires.

Today is free for independent activities, or you can take an optional excursion to visit a local estancia (ranch) to experience the life of the gauchos (cowboys), as well as traditional dance performances and a barbecue lunch. (B)

Day 9 : Buenos Aires–Santiago, Chile.

Fly over the majestic Andes to Santiago, Chile’s scenic capital between the Pacific and the Andes. With a coastline over 2,650 miles long, Chile is more than 10 times longer than wide. With a distinctly European flavor accented with Latin flare, Santiago is one of South America's most sophisticated and modern cities. (B)

Day 10 : Santiago.

Your guided city tour introduces you to Santiago—the country’s political, commercial, and cultural capital. View La Moneda Government Palace and San Cristobal Hill with its landmark statue of the Virgin Mary. Also see Club Hipico, one of the most renowned horseracing tracks in South America. Your tour ends at the city’s main square, Plaza de Armas, with a visit to the relic-filled CATHEDRAL. Your afternoon is at leisure. (B)

Day 11 : Santiago.

Today, enjoy a day at leisure. A trip to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar is highly recommended. A leisurely drive through the countryside and vineyards delivers you to Valparaiso, a city of 42 hills and the inspiration of many artists and poets. On to the chic seaside resort of Viña del Mar, full of unusual architecture and beautiful gardens. This evening, your Tour Director hosts a farewell dinner to celebrate your exciting Latin American vacation. (B,D)

Day 12 : Santiago.

Your vacation ends after breakfast this morning. (B)
